Well today my ticket was officially booked. No backing out now.
I have to fly out of Edmonton at 6am on the Saturday, so now I have to leave a day earlier than originally planned. I will be gone from Friday afternoon until Tuesday afternoon. That's 4 nights away from Hudson... Kills me.
4 days. Will I survive?

I don't think I'd be freaking out over the situation of I wasn't miles and hours away. Guess I should've read the fine print before I agreed, but then when your boss and the rep are sitting in the chairs directly in front of my desk in my office... you don't have any other choice. Also, it's such a wicked opportunity. I look forward to the great sleep I hope to have, and the shopping I hope to do.
But this morning Hudson's Dad got him dressed and I had to take a double look while he was sitting in is high chair. I asked if he put his shoes on himself because they were on the wrong feet! I did laugh it off, but in the back of my mind I can't help but turn myself inside out!
Is this normal to worry like I am?
Bobby once sent Kayden on the ice with his skates on the wrong feet!!! I looked over and noticed the "Bauer" was on the inside of his feet. I have left Bobby with just the boys and Fin and the boys. He always does so good. I think Andy will do fine too. Maybe he's worried about screwing up and not doing it your way? Go! Have fun and lap up the experience!

ReplyDeleteYou are NOT going to change your mind. You are going to go on this little getaway and you are going to enjoy it (although you will miss Hudson) and you are going to come back refreshed. Hudson and Andy will do just fine. Hudson's socks might not match every day but he will be fine and it will be good for the two of them to be alone together for a few days.

HAHAHA love that, its funny, its ok if he does not match his clothes or the shoes are on wrong, they will make out entirely fine. It may not be the way you would do it, but they certainly will be just fine. You have so much fun and enjoy your tour and shopping :) Also go to sleep and don't think, just enjoy. See if you can book a lil massage one evening when you are there. ahhhh tranquility.
